HERITAGE OF ODISHA

Our Story – From the Soil of Odisha to Your Home

Born from the rich cultural heritage and fertile lands of Odisha, JAYARU is a traditional food and agricultural products brand inspired by the wisdom of indigenous communities, generations of farming knowledge, and the natural goodness of our land.

Odisha is home to diverse tribal communities, including the Kondh, Saora, Santal, Bonda, Gadaba, and many others, whose agricultural traditions reflect a deep connection with nature, forests, and the soil.

At JAYARU, we celebrate this heritage by bringing together traditional food knowledge, locally grown agricultural produce, and the authentic flavours of Odisha.

Our vision is to preserve traditional food culture, promote sustainable agriculture, support rural farming communities, and deliver quality products to modern households.

To celebrate Odisha's agricultural heritage by developing authentic food products, encouraging responsible sourcing, supporting opportunities for farming communities, and connecting traditional food culture with modern consumers.

To establish JAYARU as a trusted Odisha-origin food brand, recognised across India for its authentic flavours, cultural identity, agricultural roots, and commitment to quality.
